What kinds of tasks can you automate?

The common ones are: follow-ups on accounts, clients and leads, order and inventory alerts, weekly sales and margin reports from the tools you already use, month-end finance packets, and inbox triage that turns emails into tracked tasks. If something is repetitive and rule-based, it's usually automatable.

Do I need any technical knowledge to use what you build?

No. Everything I deliver is built for normal people to run day-to-day. I write plain-language documentation and do a live walkthrough with you before handoff. You won't need a developer.

How does pricing work for automation projects?

Every solution runs free for 30 days on your real data, and the price and the day-30 date are in writing on day one. If you keep it, it's $1,000 setup (half at signing, half at go-live) and $300 a month, which covers upkeep and up to 2 hours of changes; extra hours are $150. The minimum is 3 months, then month to month. A one-off custom build gets one fixed price, quoted before work starts, in place of the setup fee. If the price doesn't make sense for your budget, you're under no obligation.

How long does a typical automation project take?

It varies by scope. Simple automations (a single workflow or integration) typically take 1–2 weeks from kickoff to handoff. More complex projects with multiple systems can take 3–4 weeks. The timeline comes in writing with the price.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. Your company name, industry, and any details you share are used solely to produce your deliverable. I don't share client information with third parties.
